Not Your College is a growing vertical of sheryians coding school focused on building a solid community and content ecosystem for college students. We’re looking for a Content & Social Lead who can own the content engine across YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn.

This is not a “post what’s on the calendar” role. We want someone who can spot opportunities, bring ideas, execute fast and understand what makes content work."

What you'll do
Own the content strategy and calendar for NYC
Identify trends, formats and content opportunities
Develop new content ideas and recurring formats
Work with our YouTube, social media executives and cameraman
Take content from idea → shoot → publish → analyse → improve
Track content performance and double down on what works
Bring new initiatives instead of waiting for instructions

What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in content,



social media or a similar role
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
Excellent understanding of current trends and Gen Z content
Strong creative and execution skills
Energetic, proactive and highly driven
Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be told what to do
