We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is confident, energetic, and passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.
The Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in growing SpotLet by connecting with property owners, understanding their requirements, introducing them to the platform, and helping them onboard their properties.
This is a people-facing business development role that involves regular communication with property owners and businesses across different categories.
What You Will Do
Identify and connect with potential property owners and businesses through calls, WhatsApp,



and other communication channels.
Speak with property owners and understand their property, business needs, and requirements.
Introduce and professionally present SpotLet and explain how the platform can help them generate visibility and enquiries.
Encourage property owners to list their properties on SpotLet.
Assist owners through the property onboarding and listing process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active listings.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM/system.
Work towards daily and monthly business development and onboarding targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful property onboarding.
Continuously learn about the SpotLet platform, its features, and the different property categories we serve.
