? Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

? Performance Incentives: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month (based on individual performance)

? Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Handle telesales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, customer engagement, and conversions.

• Manage customer enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business compliance solutions.

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

• Collect, verify, and maintain client documentation.





• Keep customer information updated within the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.

We're Looking For

✔ Candidates with experience in customer relationship management, customer support, telesales, telemarketing, or client servicing.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ A customer-focused mindset and robust relationship-building abilities.

✔ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

✔ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

✔ Knowledge of GST, business registrations, trademarks, or legal compliance will be an added advantage.
