Compensation: ₹15,000 per month (Fixed during Probation) + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
Theism Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and strengthen our referral network within the healthcare ecosystem. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, promoting our diagnostic services, and contributing to the overall business expansion of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers.
Identify and onboard new referral partners to increase patient footfall and diagnostic revenue.
Promote Theism Diagnostics’ diagnostic services,



preventive health check-up packages, and specialized testing solutions.
Explore opportunities for corporate tie-ups, institutional collaborations, and community health outreach initiatives.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
Client Relationship Management
Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals and referral partners.
Ensure consistent engagement with existing clients to strengthen long-term business relationships.
Address client inquiries promptly and coordinate with internal departments to deliver a high standard of service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities.

Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) Pass
