Role Description The Regional Sales Manager – Patna is a full-time hybrid role, based in Patna with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves managing and growing sales across the assigned region by building strong relationships with schools, institutions, distributors, and other partners.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, meeting decision-makers, presenting Schoolkart.in’s products and services, and negotiating and closing deals. The Regional Sales Manager will develop regional sales plans, track performance against targets, prepare regular sales reports, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to leadership, and representing the company at local events or meetings as needed.
