What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
Availability
Maintain cell phone accessibility during assigned shifts to receive critical calls from the leadership team and actively monitor incoming emails.
Escalation Ownership & Governance
Monitor escalated cases from end-to-end upon receipt.
Immediately establish severity levels, assess business impact, and identify SLA commitments.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Engage internal stakeholders, including ERT/TAC, Engineering, Supply Chain, and PLM.
Escalate to management (Theatre leaders, TAC management) when encountering resource allocation bottlenecks or communication barriers with customers or sales teams.
