We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who can think beyond individual marketing channels and understand how different digital activities work together to drive leads, sales, revenue, ROI, and long-term brand growth.
This is not a role for someone who specialises in only one area. We are looking for an overall digital marketing player with strong hands-on experience.

About the Role: As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing,



and optimising digital marketing activities across multiple brands.
The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of Performance Marketing and SEO, along with a good understanding of websites, analytics, lead generation, conversion optimisation, content, and social media.
You should be comfortable working with different business models and industries, particularly e-commerce, healthcare, hospitals, services, and lead-generation businesses.
Most importantly, you should be able to connect marketing activities to actual business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage campaigns focused on lead generation, e-commerce sales, conversions, and business growth.
Develop campaign structures, audience strategies, keyword strategies, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, R
