Knowledge of Instrumentation & PLC systems, automation related to Blast Furnace
LV & MV Systems

Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure environment, health and safety at workplace with zero harm, zero discharge and zero waste
Ensuring safety, 5s, and inspection of compliance to Electrical.
Focus on continuous improvement.
Production loss in safe & effective manner, timely backup of logic & HMI.
Planning and implementation of daily preventive maintenance, predictive and shutdown maintenance jobs of instruments for safe , effective, reliable running of bf without any break down.
Calibration of instruments, WH, weigh scale & maintain record.
Ensure effective inter department & intra department co-ordination.
Diagnose the faults in the equipment and shift end reports.
Creating and implementing SOPs/SMPs.
