Position Summary
The Data Center Hosting Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for Data Center (DC) Hosting, Colocation, Cloud Infrastructure, and related services globally. Therolemanagesthecompleteprocurementlifecycle,includingsupplieridentification,commercialnegotiations,contractmanagement,vendorgovernance,costoptimization,riskmanagement,andstakeholderengagement.
The individual actsasastrategicprocurementpartnertoITInfrastructure,GlobalDataCenterOperations,NetworkServices,Security,Legal,Finance,andBusinessteamstoensurecost-effective,scalable,andsecurehostingsolutions.

Commercial evaluation

Purchase Orderissuance
Contract execution
Lead e-biddingandreverseauctioneventswhereapplicable.
Ensure compliancewithprocurementpoliciesandgovernancestandards.
Contract & CommercialManagement
Negotiate:
Master ServiceAgreements(MSA)
Statements ofWork(SOW)
Colocation Agreements
Hosting ServiceContracts
Framework Agreements
Drive favorablecommercialtermsincluding:
Pricing

Service credits

Vendor & StakeholderManagement
