About the Role

Business Operations is where Roma's strategy meets reality. As part of the
Founder's Office on Business Operations, you'll own how our business lines grow
— shaping the product and fund-flow solutions our enterprise partners actually
need, opening recent corridors, rails, and partnerships, and making the commercial
calls that decide where we scale next.
