Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves leading architectural design from concept through completion, including developing design proposals, coordinating drawings, and guiding teams through detailed design and documentation.



The Senior Architect will manage project workflows, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure design intent is maintained through coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities include client interactions, site visits, reviewing construction progress, and resolving design and technical issues in real time. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, contributing to research and innovation initiatives, and supporting sustainable and high-performance design outcomes across multiple projects.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead complex projects from concept to execution.
Experience with Integration and coordination across disciplines, including structural, services, and interiors.
