Role Description The Associate Editor role is a remote position responsible for supporting the editorial process and maintaining the quality and integrity of published content.



Day-to-day tasks include overseeing manuscript submissions, coordinating peer review, communicating with authors and reviewers, and providing editorial decisions in alignment with journal policies. The Associate Editor will review and evaluate scientific manuscripts for clarity, rigor, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The role also involves copyediting and ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines, formatting standards, and referencing styles. The Associate Editor will collaborate closely with the Editor-in-Chief and editorial board to improve workflows and contribute to the journal’s strategic development.
Qualifications
Robust scientific background in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences (e.g., pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, biotechnology, or related fields).
Experience with academic publishing processes, including peer review, manuscript evaluation, and handling of
