Job Description: Account Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting activities for both domestic and international clients, ensuring accurate financial records, reconciliations, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and hands-on knowledge of Tally and other accounting software.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Inter-company Entries, and other accounting transactions.
Preparing and checking Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Preparing and accounting for monthly provisions, prepaid expenses, and depreciation.
Performing Inter-Branch Account Reconciliation.
Preparing monthly expense schedules and other Balance Sheet schedules.
Assisting in the monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet closing process.
Maintaining accurate accounting records and ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions.
Recording and managing accounting transactions using Tally.
Assisting with routine accounting and financial reporting requirements for international and domestic clients.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Positive understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and other accounting software.
Experience working with international clients will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
B.Com, M.Com, or a similar Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree.
