Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for leading HR strategy and operations,



including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement across Pro Ultimate’s diverse business units. The Senior Human Resources Manager oversees policy development, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR best practices that support a high-performance, inclusive culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on organizational design, managing HR metrics and reporting, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and driving learning and development initiatives for fitness and corporate teams. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support rapid business growth, franchise expansion, and career development pathways aligned with company goals.
