About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Business Development Manager- Engineering to join our team and drive strategic growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence, identifying new business prospects, and building long-term relationships with clients across relevant industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and pursue recent business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations)



to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
• Achieve revenue targets through strategic business planning and effective sales execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and network meetings.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close business deals.
• Provide timely reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 1-4 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and manage high-value clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic thinker.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
