Role Description The Sales Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ganganagar,



responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening HDFC Life’s presence in the local market. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into policyholders through consultative selling. The manager will oversee and guide a team of sales professionals, set performance targets, monitor daily activities, and provide coaching to improve effectiveness.
