We’re looking for a UX Designer who enjoys understanding how people think, identifying problems, and turning complex requirements into simple, intuitive digital experiences.

What You'll Do
Understand user needs, business goals, and project requirements to define clear UX solutions.
Conduct user research, competitor research, and usability analysis where required.
Create user personas, user journeys, customer journeys, and information architectures.
Map user flows and identify opportunities to simplify the overall experience.
Create wireframes and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes to communicate and test ideas.
Identify usability issues and recommend improvements based on research and user behaviour.
Work closely with strategists,



UI designers, developers, and project managers throughout the design process.
Translate complex information and requirements into explicit and intuitive user experiences.
Conduct usability testing and use feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Document UX decisions, user flows, requirements, and design recommendations clearly.
Present your thinking and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Review the final implementation from a UX perspective and ensure the intended user experience is maintained.

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, personas, and journey maps.
Comfortable working with Figma or similar UX tools.
