Role Description The Junior Visual Designer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. In this role, the designer will support the creation of assets for content, digital ads, social media posts, and brand campaigns. Daily tasks include collaborating with senior designers and marketers, developing design concepts, refining layouts, and preparing graphics optimized for various platforms. The designer will assist in adapting brand guidelines across formats, maintaining visual consistency, and iterating designs based on performance metrics and feedback. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, organizing design files, and staying current with visual trends in performance marketing.




Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a solid sense of layout, color, and typography.
Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Graphics to create cohesive visual identities and campaign assets.
Candidates should possess skills in Web Design to adapt visuals for landing pages, websites, and digital experiences.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) is beneficial.
