As a Team Coach, you’ll drive donor acquisition, develop fundraising talent, and create an engaged, motivated team that delivers results.

Your Role:

Lead, coach and motivate a team of fundraisers
Drive donor acquisition and monthly fundraising targets
Fundraise alongside your team and lead by example
Coach team members and provide regular feedback
Support recruitment, onboarding and training
Drive team engagement, performance and retention
Maintain accurate performance reports

We’re Looking For:

Experience in team leadership, coaching or people management
Experience in fundraising, sales, direct marketing, customer acquisition or field sales is preferred
Robust communication,



coaching and leadership skills
A target-driven mindset with the ability to inspire others
Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with the public
