The Regional Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire salesand operations of multiple Apple Stores across Andhrapradesh & Telangana. This leadership role entails driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, managing store operations, and leading a team of Store Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Apple’s brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management and Strategy:
Develop and implement regionalsales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics,providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketingteam to plan and executeregional marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Ensure stores meet or exceed sales goals, includingnew product launchesand key sales periods.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store layout optimization.




Ensure compliance with Apple’s operational policies and procedures.
Implement and monitor processes to maintain high standards of store cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Utilize data and analytics to optimize store operations and drive efficiencies.
