Role Description The Chief of Staff (Founder's Office) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for working closely with the founder and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. This role includes structuring and tracking key company priorities, preparing business reviews and performance dashboards, and coordinating cross-functional projects from planning to execution. The Chief of Staff will manage the founder’s agenda, support decision-making with data-backed insights, and ensure effective communication between leadership and various teams. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting market and competitor research, drafting presentations and strategic documents, overseeing special projects, and proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth.
