We are looking for Sales Professionals to join our team and work in the Executive Education / EdTech space.
? Role: Business Development Executive / Programme Counsellor
? Location: Mumbai
? Industry: Executive Education / EdTech
What you’ll do:
• Connect with working professionals and understand their career goals
• Counsel candidates on relevant IIT & IIM executive programmes
• Explain programme curriculum, eligibility, fees and career relevance
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to admission
• Follow up with prospects and handle objections
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the enrollment process
What we’re looking for:
✅ 1+ years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / EdTech / Education Counselling
✅ Solid communication and convincing skills
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals
✅ Experience in selling premium/high-ticket products is an advantage
