About the Role

We are looking for an adaptable, driven, and well-rounded Research Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Research Analyst, you will be a core member of Yuuki & Co’s Research Team and support client service delivery across multiple research projects primarily related to Impact and Non-Profits while leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies and AI tools.





This role is ideal for a dedicated researcher who is highly comfortable embracing new digital tools, curious about AI, and eager to leverage technology to enhance traditional research methods. While prior exposure to AI tools is a plus, we are fully committed to training the right candidate on prompt engineering, agentic AI workflows, and practical AI application. This role is perfect for someone eager to make a meaningful impact for a better world.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:
Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research to support client projects in the Non-Profit and Impact space.
Understand the pain points of non-profits and translate them into structured research problems and practical solutions.
Learn and apply up-to-date digital technologies and AI workflows to augment your research, synthesis, and daily work (training provided).
Assist in testing and giving feedback on AI-assisted workflows to ensure high-quality research outputs.
