Associate – Compliance, Operations & Research
Cycas Investment Advisors is a boutique SEBI-registered investment advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family offices.
We are looking for an Associate to support our compliance, operations, and investment research functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys process-oriented work, has strong attention to detail, and wants broad exposure to the day-to-day operations of an investment advisory and family office workplace.

Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Regulatory Support
Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements for a SEBI-registered investment advisory business.
Maintain records, documentation, policies, and compliance trackers.
Support audit preparation and coordination with internal and external auditors.
Monitor recurring compliance obligations and regulatory deadlines.
Assist with client onboarding, KYC documentation, and record management.
Operations & Administration
Coordinate with brokers, custodians, fund houses, banks, accountants, tax advisors, and legal professionals.




Track and manage operational workflows and follow-ups.
Help maintain organized digital records and document repositories.
Support internal reporting, administration, and process improvement initiatives.
Assist with bookkeeping coordination and financial record management.
Accounting & Portfolio Administration
Liaise with external accountants and auditors.
Assist with bookkeeping reviews and reconciliation processes.
Support preparation and maintenance of portfolio records.
Help track investment transactions, capital calls, distributions, and cash flows.
Assist with fund accounting and portfolio reporting activities for client portfolios.
Investment Research Support
Assist with research on mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income products, private credit funds, and listed equities.
Prepare investment summaries, due diligence notes, and comparison reports.
Support portfolio reporting and monitoring
