How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
Develop energetic financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze monthly financial performance against budget, highlighting key variances and trends.




Prepare and present insightful dashboards and management reports for leadership.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable insights.

Business Partnering
Provide financial guidance and support to Operations and Onshore teams for strategic initiatives.
Support cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects with data-driven recommendations.

Data Management & Automation
Leverage tools like Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Access, and ERP systems to automate reporting and streamline processes.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports.

Ad-hoc Analysis & Strategic Projects
Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, pricing, profitability, and investment opportunities.
Support M&A; evaluations, business cases, and other strategic finance initiatives as needed.

About you

Qualifications & Skills:
CA / CFA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equiv
