SafeGold is India's largest digital gold platform, with 81 million customers and 100+ distribution partners across India, Thailand, and the UAE. We're building the digital infrastructure to organise India's $300B+ gold market, backed by the World Gold Council, Beenext, and Pravega.

About the Role
You'll work closely with our Growth Lead, supporting the day-to-day execution that keeps our acquisition and lifecycle engine running. This is a hands-on ops role — you'll help get campaigns live, content uploaded, and creatives out the door, while getting a front-row seat to how growth actually works at a fast-scaling consumer fintech.

What You'll Own
1. Campaign & Ad Ops Support
Help set up and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and app campaigns — uploading creatives, setting targeting parameters, checking UTMs, and making sure everything goes live correctly and on time.
2. Content Uploads & Asset Management
Upload and organise creatives, banners, landing page content,



and campaign assets across platforms. Keep the asset library clean and easy for the team to find what they need.
3. Lifecycle & Messaging Support
Assist with setting up push, WhatsApp, email, and SMS campaigns — populating content, scheduling sends, and doing basic QA before things go out to users.
4. Reporting & Tracking
Help pull basic campaign performance data into trackers/dashboards so the team can review what's working.
5. General Growth Ops
Support ad-hoc execution needs — competitor tracking, formatting briefs, coordinating with agencies/design for asset delivery, and other tasks that keep the growth engine moving.

What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (marketing, business, or related field)
Comfortable navigating tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic spreadsheets — or eager to learn quick
Detail-oriented — this role involves a lot of uploading and s
