Tasks

Lead sales strategy development and execution across all product lines

Manage and optimize the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure

Develop pricing strategies and negotiate high-value enterprise deals

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Establish channel partnerships and strategic alliances

Implement sales methodologies and processes to improve conversion rates

Manage sales team performance and provide strategic guidance

Target: Achieve 40%+ year-over-year revenue growth

Requirements

Education: MBA from reputed institution (IIM/ISB/XLRI) or equivalent

Experience: 1 years+ in growth roles within technology/consulting companies

Industry: Prior experience in B2B technology, fintech, or skilled services

Leadership: Minimum 1 years managing cross-functional teams
