We're looking for a Social Media Executive, someone who lives and breathes fashion, and who can translate what we do into content that a designer, a sourcing head, or a fashion-literate consumer actually stops scrolling for.
Equally, you need to be fluent in how the internet moves: formats, audio, pacing, what a platform is rewarding this month versus last.

What do you bring?
Own the content strategy
Build and run the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, each with its own voice.
Define how AltMat sounds: credible to a sourcing manager, compelling to a designer, and legible to someone who has never heard of a bast fibre
Set and track the metrics that matter: reach, saves, qualified inbound, brand-side engagement, not vanity follower counts
Create the content
Write, shoot, storyboard and edit short-form video, carousels, stills, long-form LinkedIn writing
Produce content around shoots, trade fairs (Bharat Tex, Tecoya, Future Fabrics Expo and similar) and brand collaborations
Track fashion and trend
Maintain an active read on global fashion: runway,



retail, resort, streetwear, and the material and colour direction underneath it
Follow the trend forecasting layer (WGSN, Peclers, Fashion Snoops, Pantone, seasonal direction from the major fairs) and translate it into how we position Altag®
Track social and platform trends
Spot format shifts early and adapt quick. What's working on Reels this quarter, what LinkedIn is surfacing, where fashion conversation is actually happening
Know the creator and editorial landscape in fashion and sustainability, and who is worth talking to
Build community and partnerships
Manage collaborations with designers, fashion schools, creators, and brand partners
Engage the fashion and material community: comments, DMs, industry conversations, as a real participant, not a broadcast account
Support the founders' and leadership's personal brand presence
Support the commercial side
Produce content that supports busine
