About The Role:
As a Senior UI Designer at HumanX, you’ll turn business and brand vision into distinctive digital experiences across websites, products and digital brand experiences.
You’ll be expected to understand the business, the audience and the cultural context behind a problem. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares deeply about craft, thinks beyond the brief and likes to make things, not just design screens.

What You'll Do:
Translate business objectives and brand strategy into explicit visual and digital design directions.




Bring cultural and behavioural context into the work, designing for real people rather than generic users.
Shape visual systems through typography, layout, composition, colour, imagery, motion and interaction.
Simplify complex products, ideas and information into clear, intuitive experiences.
Build high-fidelity prototypes and UI systems that balance ambition with usability and technical reality.
Partner with strategists, UX designers, developers and clients to take ideas from concept to execution.
Use emerging tools including AI, creative coding and rapid prototyping to explore and build beyond static screens.
Present your work with clarity, connecting design decisions back to the problem they solve.
Contribute to critiques and raise the quality of work across the team.
