Your Profile
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale PTC Windchill PLM solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, program managers, and enterprise architects to define PLM transformation roadmaps.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and sustainable Windchill solution architectures.
Design and implement solutions across Product Data Management (PDM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Change Management, Document Management, Classification, and Product Structure Management.
Define application architecture, system integrations, data models, security frameworks,



and deployment strategies.
Architect integrations between Windchill and enterprise systems including SAP, ERP, MES, ALM, CRM, and engineering applications.
Lead fit-gap assessments, solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical governance activities.
Ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, scalability requirements, and compliance guidelines.
Guide implementation teams through configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, and support phases.
Drive digital engineering initiatives leveraging Windchill capabilities and industry best practices.
Support proposal development, solution estimation, technical strategy, and customer presentations.
Mentor technical teams and establish implementation standards, frameworks, and reusable assets.
Your Role
Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in PTC Windchi
