We are looking for a creative, confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Content Creator who can bring ideas to life and help us grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.

? YOUR ROLE

As a Content Creator, you will:

? Create engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
? Plan, shoot & present Reels, short-form videos, educational & promotional content
? Represent Arbor Academy confidently on camera
? Develop creative ideas around Education, Technology, Careers & Student Success
✍️ Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions & social media copy




? Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars & campaigns
? Assist with video shoots from concept to final production
? Stay updated with viral trends, social media formats & platform algorithms
? Create content that increases engagement, reach & brand visibility
✨ Continuously bring fresh and innovative content ideas to the table

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We'd love to meet you if you have:

? 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in content creation, social media, or video production
? Solid on-camera presence & presentation skills
?️ Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi
? Excellent communication, storytelling & creative thinking skills
? Positive understanding of social media platforms & current trends
? Experience creating Reels / short-form videos is preferred
⚡ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
❤️ Passion for creating engaging digital content
? Bachelor's degree in any discipline
