About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural and interior design projects through all phases—from concept development to project handover.
Develop design concepts, space planning, presentations, and client proposals.
Prepare and review architectural, interior, and construction drawings.
Ensure compliance with NBC, local building bye-laws, fire safety regulations, and project standards.
Coordinate with MEP, structural, HVAC, fire, electrical, and other consultants.
Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and deliverables.
Conduct client meetings, presentations,



and design reviews.
Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
Review working drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution, resolve design issues, and ensure work aligns with approved drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project management teams for smooth execution.
Review RFIs, material submittals, and mock-ups before implementation.
Ensure timely submission of drawings and documentation.
Maintain high standards of design quality, detailing, and technical accuracy.

Required Skills:
Robust design and visualization abilities.
Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing and interior fit-out.
Sound understanding of construction techniques and materials.
