SENIOR MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT | SOLAR EPC

Job Locations: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh & Delhi NCR

Experience: 7–10 Years in similar field/activities

We are looking for an experienced Solar Business Development skilled to lead and grow our Solar EPC business across Uttar Pradesh.
The role has two clear growth mandates:

SOLAR EPC BUSINESS
· Develop and acquire projects from:
· Government Departments & PSUs
· Educational & Institutional Clients
· Corporates
· Industries
· Commercial & Industrial Customers
PM SURYA GHAR – ROOFTOP SOLAR
· Build a large Solar EPC business pipeline
· Identify Government tenders, RFPs, EOIs and direct opportunities
· Develop key relationships with Government, PSU, institutional, corporate & industrial clients
· Lead opportunities from identification to order acquisition
· Develop corporate & industrial rooftop solar business
· Build the PM Surya Ghar customer acquisition network
· Develop dealers, contractors and local channel partners
· Achieve revenue, order-book and MW targets




· Ensure project-level commercial viability and margins
· Expand the company's Solar EPC footprint across UP

We are looking for someone who has:
· 7–10 years of Solar EPC / Business Development experience
· Proven track record of acquiring Solar EPC projects
· Strong Government / PSU / Institutional / Corporate / Industrial network
· Solar tendering & commercial negotiation experience
· Understanding of rooftop solar / PM Surya Ghar is an advantage
· Strong Uttar Pradesh market exposure preferred
· Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
· Strong target orientation and commercial understanding
· Willingness to travel extensively
