Role Description The Head - Technical Sales will lead the technical sales function, driving business growth for online condition-based monitoring solutions and EPC services across transmission, distribution, and renewable sectors. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Vadodara,



with a mix of in office client engagement and some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying opportunities, preparing and presenting technically sound proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with engineering and project teams to design solutions that meet client needs. The role will involve building and maintaining strategic relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial customers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the sales pipeline and forecasts. The Head - Technical Sales will also mentor the sales team, refine sales processes, contribute to pricing strategies, and provide market feedback to guide product development and business strategy.

Qualifications

Strong technical expertise in electrical power systems, substation equipment, condition-based monitoring, Dissolved Gas Analyses and Transmission & Distribution infrastructure.
