Responsibilities of the role:
Proven experience as an eCommerce manager or similar role, preferably in an online retail environment
Experience of having worked with FMCG brands would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders is a must.
Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.




Good understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and digital marketing strategies
In this role, your goals will be:
In 3 months:
Get an understanding of the client’s e-commerce business & understand stakeholder engagement.
Started to build relationships with the key decision makers and strategic partners.
Take a handover on complete client business – internalize brand playbooks, past e-commerce campaigns * efforts & any client specific framework trainings.
Support in development of category>brand specific Playbooks/SOPS/Calendars for the client on media commerce plans & opportunities at a platform level.
Develop a framework to track and share category insights & learnings basis past & current e-commerce activations and campaigns – also track competition activity & cascade to relevant stakeholders.
