Scope of Work
Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Build secure microservices with JWT authentication, validation, and error handling.
Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS EC2 and IAM.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Design and implement real-time streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.
Manage Kafka topics, partitions, consumer groups, and offsets.
Configure and maintain Kafka Connect integrations.
Build CDC pipelines using Debezium for MySQL/Aurora data capture.
Manage Schema Registry and schema evolution using Avro/JSON.
Develop stream-processing applications using Kafka Streams or Flink.
Monitor Kafka environments, including DLQs, consumer lag, and performance.
Support Kafka deployments on Confluent Platform or AWS MSK.





Mandatory Requirements
4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
Strong knowledge of JWT authentication, validation, and exception handling.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB schema design, indexing, and aggregations.
Experience with AWS EC2 and IAM.
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Robust understanding of DSA, including arrays, trees, graphs, hashing, and complexity.
Expertise in Apache Kafka, including topics, partitions, consumer groups, and offsets.
Experience with Kafka Connect source and sink connectors.
Knowledge of Debezium CDC, binlog capture, and GTID handling.
Familiarity with Schema Registry, Avro, and JSON schema evolution.
Experience with Kafka Streams or Apache Flink.
Knowledge of DLQ handling, lag monitoring, and Kafka tuning.
Exposure to Confluent Platform or AWS MSK preferred.
