Job Description:

R Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRA Architect to join our agile team. As a CRA Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing resilient systems that comply with the Cyber Resilience Act, leveraging your expertise in Embedded C/C++. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our products and services, while also driving innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect advanced embedded systems that adhere to the Cyber Resilience Act.
- Develop and implement robust software solutions using Embedded C/C++.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective IT strategies.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of designs to ensure their functionality and compliance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers and team members on best practices in software development and cyber resilience.




- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to embedded systems and cybersecurity.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and team performance.
- Document system architecture, designs, and processes to facilitate clarity and knowledge sharing.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in embedded system design and development.
- Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming languages.
- Strong understanding of the Cyber Resilience Act and its implications on system architecture and design.
- Experience with system security principles and practices.
