s.Have meaningful, consultative conversations to understand learner needs, interests, and goal
s.Recommend the right music programs and encourage prospects to visit the centr
e.Schedule trial classes and centre visits based on teacher availability and batch calendar




s.Follow up consistently and convert bookings into actual visits and enrolment
s.Own key funnel metrics such as Lead-to-Booking % and Booking-to-Visit
