About the Role
At Novella, we don't sell wedding photography.
We help couples discover how they want to remember one of the most significant days of their lives.
We're looking for someone who naturally understands people. Someone who listens before speaking, builds trust before discussing pricing, and believes that every conversation should leave a lasting impression.
This isn't a conventional sales role.
You'll become the first experience couples have with Novella. Your ability to understand their vision, guide them with honesty, and build meaningful relationships will shape how they remember us long before the wedding day.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Understand every couple's vision, expectations and priorities.
Conduct consultation calls and meetings with prospective clients.
Recommend the most suitable wedding experience based on their requirements.




Present proposals with confidence while maintaining Novella's premium positioning.
Build trust through thoughtful conversations rather than aggressive selling.
Manage follow ups and nurture relationships throughout the decision making process.
Coordinate with planners, venues and luxury partners.
Maintain accurate lead tracking, follow up schedules and conversion reports.
Work closely with the Founder to improve the overall client journey.
Gather customer insights to help improve our products, communication and experience.
Represent Novella at wedding exhibitions, networking events and partner meetings whenever required.
What We're Looking For
