What You'll Do:
Identify, approach, and onboard advertisers and brands directly across Indian and global markets.
Build and manage a strong advertiser pipeline through market research, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry platforms.
Manage advertiser accounts and campaigns across platforms such as Awin, Impact, Rakuten Advertising, and Trackier.
Handle the complete advertiser onboarding cycle, including pitching, commercial negotiation, tracking setup, campaign launch, and account activation.
Coordinate offer setup, tracking links, creatives, validations, reporting, reconciliation, and payout processes.




Maintain strong relationships with existing advertisers and identify opportunities for upselling, repeat campaigns, and account growth.
Work closely with internal affiliate, campaign, operations, and finance teams.
Track advertiser performance, revenue, margins, pipeline, and monthly targets.
Conduct market, competitor, and category research across global geographies.
Maintain accurate lead, advertiser, and campaign records in the CRM.

Requirement:
2–5 years of relevant experience in advertiser acquisition, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, AdTech, or agency business development.
Hands-on experience with at least one of these platforms: Awin, Impact, Rakuten Advertising, or Trackier.
Proven experience onboarding brands directly, not only through intermediary networks.
Strong understanding of commercial models such as CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid.
Experience managing the full advertiser lifecycle, from prospecting to campaign launch and account gro
