Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Visa Interns to join our team. This internship is suitable for freshers and undergraduate students who are currently pursuing any degree through distance learning and are interested in the overseas education and visa consultancy industry.
The intern will primarily interact with students, understand their basic requirements, provide initial guidance, maintain student records, and coordinate appointments with our Educational and Visa Counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with students and understand their basic study-abroad and visa-related requirements.
Provide initial guidance and relevant information to students.
Coordinate and schedule meetings between students and Educational/Visa Counsellors.
Follow up with students regarding scheduled appointments and required discussions.
Maintain accurate and updated student records and databases.
Handle student queries professionally and direct them to the appropriate counsellor or department.
Make regular follow-up calls and communicate with students through phone, email, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms.
Coordinate internally with counsellors to ensure smooth student handling.
Maintain proper documentation and records of student interactions.
Support the visa and counselling team with day-to-day administrative activities.
