About the role
We are looking for a performance marketer with 1-2 years of experience running paid media budgets across search, paid social, and app install campaigns, ideally in technology, consumer, or hardware-led environments.
This role is suited for someone who can own a budget end to end and be measured on what it returns. You will run two very different growth problems at the same time. On one side, consumer app installs for HUMBL, where the goal is downloads at a controlled cost and users who actually open the app. On the other, demand generation for QWR's ODM, OEM, and enterprise business

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch,



and optimise Google App Campaigns and Meta campaigns for HUMBL app installs, working to defined targets on cost per install and activation rate.
Run Google Ads search campaigns for QWR across selected geographies to generate qualified ODM, OEM, enterprise, and institutional enquiries.
Own keyword research, match type strategy, negative keyword management, bidding, and budget pacing across every live campaign.
Manage the daily posting and distribution calendar across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.
Work with the content team to align landing pages, creative, and campaign intent so that paid traffic converts.
Track and report cost per lead, cost per install, CAC, payback period, and channel-level ROI on a weekly basis.
Set up and maintain the measurement stack, including Google Analytics, app analytics, conversion tracking, and CRM integration.
