Job Summary

The Standard India is seeking an AI Model Validation Lead IV to join our forward-thinking Artificial Intelligence team and help ensure the secure, effective, and responsible deployment of AI solutions across the enterprise.

In this role, you will play a key part in establishing and executing validation practices for AI, Generative AI, and emerging Agentic AI solutions. You will evaluate model performance, reliability, explainability,



and overall effectiveness while supporting governance, monitoring, and risk management activities throughout the AI lifecycle.

You will help define validation methodologies, establish monitoring and performance metrics, conduct independent validation reviews, and provide recommendations to support informed deployment decisions. This role will also contribute to the development of scalable validation and monitoring capabilities as AI adoption continues to expand across the organization.

In collaboration with Data Science, Product Management, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams, you will help ensure AI solutions meet established standards for quality, performance, and responsible use. Regular communication and presentations with stakeholders will be essential to convey validation results, insights, and recommendations.
