Role Description The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support BIT’s academic and administrative growth. This full-time, in office role is based in Vadodara and involves sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill faculty, staff,



and corporate trainer positions. The HR Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, support campus and industry hiring initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, managing recruitment databases, organizing interviews and selection processes, assisting with offer negotiations, and collaborating with HR colleagues on onboarding and employer branding. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and supporting continuous improvement of hiring practices.
