Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, online directories, and other digital platforms.
Conduct market research and prospect mining to build a strong sales pipeline.
Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Nurture and follow up with leads until they are converted into qualified business opportunities.




Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/database regularly.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with a strong learning attitude.
