Role Description The Ed-tech Business Development Manager at Organo Mart is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and developing partnerships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and ed-tech platforms to introduce and integrate Organo Mart’s offerings into educational ecosystems. The manager will design and promote learning modules, workshops, and collaborative programs related to organic living, wellness, and sustainable consumption. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating terms, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional and ed-tech partners. The role also includes working with marketing and product teams to align educational content with business objectives, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on growth, pipeline, and market feedback.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in business development, including lead generation, client relationship management,



and deal closure within ed-tech, education, or related sectors.
Experience with strategic partnership building, account management, and collaboration with schools, universities, training institutes, or online learning platforms.
Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
Basic understanding of organic products, wellness, or consumer goods, with a willingness to learn and translate product knowledge into educational offerings.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and use CRM tools and productivity software to track activities and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in ed-tech sales, institutional sales, or program development is strongly preferred.
