About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers relevant to brand objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring timely content delivery and quality standards.
Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables with creators.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
Stay updated with social media trends, creator ecosystem, and platform updates.

Requirements




2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
Valuable negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.

Preferred Candidate

Currently based in Mumbai or willing to work from the Mumbai office.
Prior experience with an influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, or creator ecosystem is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the Indian creator landscape and social media trends.
