Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Ludhiana East. This position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for solar power plants and services, conducting market visits, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners. The individual will prepare and present sales proposals, explain product and service features, and support customers throughout the sales cycle. Daily tasks include coordinating with the technical and operations teams,



executing marketing campaigns, collecting and analyzing market data, and meeting defined sales targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities, and representing the company professionally at client meetings and local events.
Qualifications

Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and report on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
Sales skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, negotiate agreements, and achieve assigned targets.
Strong Communication skills to interact with customers, partners, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
Ability to work in office in Ludhiana East, with willingness to travel locally for client visits.
