Your Mission

You'll lead the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and success of our first *50 Founding Voices* across 10 colleges.

These first members will shape the culture of Truepad, making this one of the most important roles in the company.

What You'll Do

* Recruit and interview student candidates from top colleges.
* Select and onboard 50 Founding Voices.
* Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions.
* Train interns on Truepad's mission,



culture, and community guidelines.
* Build and manage our student community across communication platforms.
* Keep interns engaged through challenges, recognition programs, and regular check-ins.
* Coordinate with founders to implement community initiatives.
* Organize campus meetups and community events.
* Track participation, referrals, engagement, and feedback.
* Collect user insights and convert them into actionable product improvements.
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and energetic community culture.
