WHO WE ARE
The Wise Idiot is a content and marketing agency out of Mumbai. 400+ clients, 8 countries, zero patience for boring work. We build brands that don't sound like brands, and we want design that doesn't look like it was made by someone who “does design on the side.” We take craft seriously. We take ourselves a lot less seriously. That tension is the whole personality.
THE ROLE
We need a Graphic Designer whose Ctrl+Z is basically a nervous tic - someone who'd rather redo a layout at midnight than ship something that's merely “fine.” You'll work across client brands, our own brand, and everything in between. Some briefs will be brilliant. Some will be two lines on WhatsApp that say “make it pop.” Both are your problem now, and both should scare you a little less every week.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Design across formats - social creatives, decks, brand identities, campaign visuals, and the occasional meme sharp enough to make a CMO laugh out loud.
Turn briefs (some brilliant, some barely legible) into work that's better than the brief deserved.
Build a visual system, defend it in client calls, then break it on purpose when the moment actually calls for it.
Sit with writers, strategists, and account folks - and hold your ground without losing your sense of humor.
Ship quick. We're an agency, not an art residency. Deadlines are real and they don't care about your muse.
